According to Eurogamer, during the Gamescon event in Cologne, Germany, last month, a Switch 2 demo was held for developers using a souped up Zelda: Breath of the Wild to demonstrate its capabilities
After the rumours floating around in July about the Switch successor, this is another strong hint that we will see a new console in 2024.
I think the confirmation will come in the form of a date for an announcement event. Watch this space.
